One-Time Deep Clean

Often chosen before a gathering, after a renovation, or simply when a space needs a reset that goes beyond routine tidying.

  • Kitchen and bathroom detailing, including grout and fixtures
  • Baseboards, door frames, and light switches
  • Interior windows and glass surfaces
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout

Weekly Recurring

Commonly selected for busier households or offices with regular daily traffic that benefit from a shorter interval between visits.

  • Kitchens and bathrooms refreshed each visit
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped on a consistent schedule
  • Trash and recycling handled
  • Surfaces dusted and wiped throughout

Biweekly Recurring

A reasonable fit for smaller households, lighter-traffic offices, or anyone who wants a longer gap between visits without letting things build up too far.

  • Full kitchen and bathroom attention every visit
  • Floors and high-touch surfaces addressed
  • General tidying and dusting throughout
  • Scope reviewed periodically to stay accurate

Small Office Plan

Structured around office hours, with a focus on shared spaces rather than individual desks unless otherwise requested.

  • Common areas, kitchenettes, and break rooms
  • Restrooms cleaned and restocked as agreed
  • Shared desks and conference tables wiped down
  • Trash, recycling, and floor care
  • Scheduling around business hours or after-hours access

Move-In / Move-Out

Designed for an empty or nearly empty space, ahead of a lease turnover, closing, or new move-in.

  • Cabinet and drawer interiors
  • Inside of oven, refrigerator, and other major appliances
  • Closets, shelving, and baseboards
  • Full floor and window attention

Scheduling Adjusts Over Time

A plan set up in one season doesn't have to stay fixed. Frequency can move from weekly to biweekly, a visit can be paused for travel, or scope can expand to cover a newly finished room. These changes are handled through a short conversation rather than a full new setup, since the underlying account and preferences already exist on file.

How Pricing Works

Pricing is set individually rather than as a flat rate, since a 900 square foot apartment and a five-bedroom house involve different amounts of work even at the same frequency. Factors typically considered include square footage, number of rooms and bathrooms, current condition, presence of pets, and whether the visit is one-time or recurring. A quote is provided after a short walkthrough, a phone conversation, or a few photos of the space, whichever is most convenient.
